Located in a purpose- built unit in Epping, Essex, we specialize in the cleaning and restoration of rugs, kilims and tapestries.

We carry out work for both trade and private customers, with a collection and delivery service covering Essex and London. We have offices in Southend-on-Sea and Chigwell

Using experience gained from 18 years spent in the rug and carpet cleaning industry we are able to offer a complete service from collection, inspection, cleaning and drying to delivery.

When working off-site we are able to clean both sides of most rugs, ensuring that they are hygenically clean as well as beautifully presented.  Rugs can then be dried in our specially adapted drying room. Unlike cleaning rugs in your home we have full control of the drying process. If when we inspect the dried rug we feel we can improve on it we will try again until we agree that the rug is at its optimum best. If for any reason clients prefer work to be carried out on-site we do occasionally take the show on the road. But we prefer to use our workshop where we have access to superior cleaning machinery.

Using specialist treatments and techniques we are able to restore soot and smoke damaged rugs as well as flood affected rugs.

As well as cleaning we can also offer a stain protective treatment, as licensed users of ENVIROSHIELD the environmentally friendly protector.

As part of our aftercare service we can also supply spot and stain removal kits and guides that are ideal for use on Oriental rugs and are Woolsafe Organisation approved.
