The Rug Cleaning Company began trading in January 2010. Having worked for a well known carpet cleaning franchise for many years I realised there was a big gap in the market for specialised cleaning services. Rugs can vary enourmously and so too does the correct method of cleaning them.
Rugs are often a costly investment and they need cleaning regulary to ensure they last and look their best for years to come. Laminate and wooden floors are common place in most homes now with the rug taking "centre stage" Dirt and soiling gets trapped deep into the pile and backing causing odours and a dull appearance. With our up todate methods both soiling and odours can be elminated.
We offer, bonnet cleaning, steam cleaning, hot water extraction, and dry cleaning to ensure the right method is used for the type and construction of rug to be cleaned. All rugs are vacuumed first to remove all loose dirt and debris, followed by a pre treatment for any stains that may be present. Correct clesaning follow htis and any stains still present will be treated again at this stage. All rugs are hung up to dry and air before wrapping. We do offer a stain protection service for customers who request this.
